Fetcher Dog welcome Jo James (OBE) and Damian Green (MP) to the rescue centre.
It was a pleasure today to welcome Jo James and Damian Green to the rescue centre today.
As members of the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, Fetcher Dog we were very pleased that Jo James and Damian Green took time out of their busy schedules to talk to us about our charity, meet some of our dogs and help answer some of our questions.
During their visit we talked about the charity, they met the founders Jordan and Stephanie, found out about their journey with street dogs, had some refreshments and, of course, they met some of our dogs, Maya, Banjo and Jerry.
Jo shared her stories about her dog OBE and her love of dogs in general.
Jo wrote:
'What a treat for a Friday...
Those of you that know me well, will know what a dog lover I am, so a visit, along with Damian Green, was more like a special treat, than a work visit.'
The Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce have been a wonderful source of information, the networking events, both online and in person, have provided a platform for the charity to reach a considerable audience.
They have been extremely helpful, professional and friendly to Fetcher Dog over the last six months and thanks to them we have made many connections, some collaborations and even friends.
You can find more information on them and the benefits of becoming a member at Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce - Aiding Kent Businesses
Thank you Jo, Damian and the Chamber of Commerce.
