Homer and his brother Hercules were found living by the railway tracks as small puppies and taken to safety by a rescuer in Bosnia. They were both very skinny but grew to be happy, healthy dogs.
Homer is a sweet and confident boy, who has loved all people he has met so far but needs slow introductions to other dogs as he can be anxious of other dogs. He may be suited to a home where he is the only dog because of this anxiety. He has a lot of energy and loves to play with the other dogs that he knows in the kennels. Zoomies are a daily occurrence with Homer. Homer is a BIG fan of soft toys and loves to roll around in the grass every time he gets a new toy. He is a very affectionate boy that loves to think he's a lapdog and LOVES belly rubs.
Homer has never lived in a home so will require full training upon adoption.
