Joe was rescued alongside his siblings from the side of a busy road in Bosnia. They had been dumped there as babies. Joe was rescued and was moved to a foster family. Joe is now in Kent and is waiting for a forever home of his own.
Joe is a very sweet and lovable boy. He can be shy and nervous with new people, so will take time and patience to settle upon adoption. He has been good with the other dogs at the kennels and is learning how to play to toys.
Joe has never lived in a home before so will require full training upon adoption.
