Roxie

Roxie came to us after her previous owner became unwell and could no longer care for her. From the information we have been given, she has spent most of her life in a home. She is finding kennels a bit overwhelming and scary so we hope to find her a home soon. 

Roxie is completely deaf but she doesn't let that hold her back. She is such a loving and friendly girl who loves to sit on our laps, lean on our shoulders and wiggle her bum to get more scratches. She has really enjoyed bounding about in our field off lead but as she is deaf, this will be more difficult when she is in public as she can't hear us when she is called. She really enjoys playing fetch in our field and zooming about. She also loves food and does know a few hand signals for her commands. She has been good with the other dogs at the centre and her previous owner also said she was good with other dogs. 

Even though Roxie has lived in a home, she will need training upon adoption.
